The Comparison Of Domestic And Imported Membrane Oxegenators Used During The Open Heart Surgery

Objective Compare the experimental and clinical results of thedomestic and imported membrane oxygenators used during the open heartsurgery.Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: domesticmembrane oxegenator group(A group) and imported membraneoxegenator(B Group). The venous blood samples were taken by 5 timepoints :before CPB (T₁), CPB 30min(T₂), the ending of CPB (T₃), 2h afterCPB(T₄), and 24h after CPB(T₅). The level of IL-6, TNF-α, and thearterial blood gas were measured by these time points. The disassociatedhemoglobin of blood and urine samples taken by T₁ and T₃ were assessedalso.Results The concentrations of IL-6, TNF-α, and the disassociatedhemoglobin (both blood and urine) increased significantly after CPB. Butexcept PaO₂, there was no significantly difference of experimental andclinical results between two groups. PaO₂ of B group is lower than Agroup, but still enough for patients and safe for CPB.Conclusion Comparing with imported membrane oxygenator, the...
