Objective Compare the experimental and clinical results of thedomestic and imported membrane oxygenators used during the open heartsurgery. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: domesticmembrane oxegenator group(A group) and imported membraneoxegenator(B Group). The venous blood samples were taken by 5 timepoints :before CPB (T1), CPB 30min(T2), the ending of CPB (T3), 2h afterCPB(T4), and 24h after CPB(T5). The level of IL-6, TNF-α, and thearterial blood gas were measured by these time points. The disassociatedhemoglobin of blood and urine samples taken by T1 and T3 were assessedalso. Results The concentrations of IL-6, TNF-α, and the disassociatedhemoglobin (both blood and urine) increased significantly after CPB. Butexcept PaO2, there was no significantly difference of experimental andclinical results between two groups. PaO2 of B group is lower than Agroup, but still enough for patients and safe for CPB.Conclusion Comparing with imported membrane oxygenator, the...
