Objectives The changes of coagulation function in patients undergoing open-heart surgery during cardiopulmonary bypass were studied preliminarily through the analysis of Thromboelastography. The effects of three types of operation on coagulation function of patients with valvular replacement surgery, congenital heart disease correction and aortic vascular surgery were compared with the monitoring of Thromboelastography(TEG),and the significance of TEG in the operation of Cardiopulmonary bypass was evaluated. Methods Select from November 2015 to March 2017,a total of 34 cases in the heart Center of Coal General Hospital clearly diagnosed the need for elective cardiopulmonary bypass in patients undergoing open-heart surgery.According to the operation type of valve replacement group(Group A),congenital heart disease Surgery Group(Group B)and the large Vascular Surgery Group(Group C).All patients underwent surgical operation under the combined anaesthesia and cardiopulmonary bypass in extracorporeal circulation.Using the CFMS LEPU-8800 Thromboelastography instrument, and the data of the acquired cases are sorted, recorded and classified in time. Results 1.The number of examples and the proportion of each group were 17(50%),15(44.12%)and 2 cases(5.88%)respectively.Comparing the clinical basic data of the three groups of patients, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);2.patients with peripheral cardiac operation after open-heart surgery for hemoglobin and platelets(P=0.000);thrombus rebound in the normal Cup after open-heart surgery after cardiopulmonary bypass the value of R and K is higher than before the operation. The Alpha-Angle angle,MA value and CI value were decreased compared with the preoperative value;postoperative thrombus bomb attempted heparin enzyme Cup R-value,K-value,and MA value decreased with the normal cup value after operation.?-Angle angle and CI value were increased compared with ordinary cup value;postoperative thrombus bomb attempted heparin enzyme Cup R-value and K-value higher than normal cup value before operation,?-Angle angle,MA value and CI value decreased compared with ordinary cup value.3.There was no statistically difference between the normal Cup R,K,?-Angle angle,MA value and CI value before operation between different surgical procedures in extracorporeal circulation(P>0.05);the difference between postoperative normal cup and postoperative heparin Enzyme cup r,K value,There are statistically differences in ?-Angle angles,MA values and CI values(P<0.05).Conclusions 1.After cardiopulmonary bypass, the patient TEG the blood coagulation function is weakened.2.TEG changes were different before and after three kinds of operation, including valve replacement surgery, congenital heart disease surgery and large vascular surgery.3.TEG can evaluate the coagulation function of patients, and it is a convenient and effective method.
