The risk factors of preterm delivery is always be concerned. though most experts regard nutrients have positive influence to birth come-out, the investigations about how nutrients impact birth is full of hardness, as the nutritional factors are always interacted by many other social and economical factors. Protein , as one of the most important macro-nutrients, may at some extent be a factor which lead preterm birth.In our study, by using case-control, we investigated the lifestyle , KAP,allowance of protein before and after pregnancy of neonates' mothers, and analyzed the blood test results, then analyzed many risk factors together by multi-variance analyzing to explore whether nutritional status an important factor to preterm birth directly. There are two part in my study. At the first part, we discussed the relationship between protein allowance and preterm birth. During pregnancy, the allowance of protein in preterm mothers is lower than full-term mothers, P<0.05.
