BackgroundParkinson's disease (PD) is degencrative disease involves in extracorticospinal system, of which the main character is motor disfunction including tremor, rigidity, retardation. And now its high grade neurofunctional alteration on momory, cognition and language is the focus of study. With the development during the course, there are various language disorders. No systematic reseach on writing disturbance besides micrigraphia (MG) and mirror writing(MAg). In recent years, basal ganglia is regarded to take part in language function with frontal lobe and temporal lobe. PD is a typical disease that damage basal ganglia, in that its language disorder including writing disturbance may have relationship with such damage. So we can approach the neuropsychology mechanisms of basal ganglia on writing function by studying the graphfeature of PD. ObjectiveIn our study Parkinsonian as the object and we analyze Chinese writing character, investigate the function of basal ganglia in Chinese writing and its neuropsy-chological mechanism from the point of clinical behavior, morphosis and metabolism with Chinese writing scale and PET-CT.
