The Idea Ofcity Hygienic Device Construction

Public hygienic device construction is one of the important contents in city construction for measuring a city's comprehensive strength and competition power. With the development of reforming policy and social economics, people's life condition was risen as well as cities'construction. Under the guidance of mordernizatin construction, people have risen their requirement of residential and public evironment, and center and local government made more investment on Public hygienic device construction. From the year of 1997 when chongqing became a motiplan city, its hygienic device construction got a rapid progress, and the government took an important eye on Public hygienic device construction as well, which made a great assistance to chongqing's hygienic development. Meanwhile, some problems and shortcomings were taken place as following: 1. the guidance policy of city construction, 2. over-speed development in hygienic device construction with the ignorance of scientific development ideal, 3.problems in city administration, 4. unmatchable situation between hygienic device construction, city's general construction, hygienic resourse attribution, hygienic management system and hygienic information.
