| Objective In recent years, electrical injury is more year by year, In forensic medicine, the cases of murder and suicide are not unsusal. Forensic scientises in domestic and overseas can't betterly diagnosy posthumous electric injury,electric injury after death ,even markers of injury time. For those aims,we desigened this experimental study on electrical injury of heart.Methods 1. The models of injured heart caused by electric current were replicated on wistar rats by current(220V,50Hz,150-200mA) for 30 seconds. 2. We excuted theses rats by decapitation and took out their heart tissue at different time (1h, 2h, 3h, 6h, 8h, 12h, 1d, 2d,3d, 6d and 12d);then stored respectively the heart into 10% formalin for regular petrolin slice, the slices were stained by HE,immunohistochemistry for lighting microscope observation.Results:From 1 to 6 hours, poly-loci of myocardial cells denaturalization, necrosis and fragmentation, partial cells showed"wave-like"changing and contraction bands necrosis; cytoplasm exhibited homogenous and... |
