Abstract/Summary:
Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a common demyelinating disease of the central nervous system(CNS), which affected the adult most often. It is believed to related to autoimmunity. Most of the cases show a remission-relapsing procedure. And demyelinating plaques can be seen under pathological study or imaging examination. The etiology and pathogenic mechanism of MS has not been well defined. Furdermore, the common therapy in clinical practice is not so effective as wish. Thus, further researches are needed. Experimental allergic encephalomyelitis is a similar and safe animal disease model in MS researches. EAE can be induced actived by syngeneic or heterogeneous antigen from white matter of CNS. It shares many feathers with MS .This study is to discuss the induction of EAE by Wistar rats, study clinical pictures and the pathological change, assay the level of IL-10, IL-18 in serum, and invested the change and effect of CK in EAE and the correlation between the level and the onset, relapse, remission. It provide elementary data for the pathogenesis and therapy of MS.Methods EAE were induced in Wistar rats by guinea pig. The EAE were killed on llst,18th,25th day after immunization with myelin basic protein (MBP) distilled by guinea...
