Objecfcobserve the clinic curative effect of jieduhuganyin on the patients who were suffering from hepatitis induced by antitubercular drug, and reveal the mechanism of it.Methods: 35 patients, who suffer from hepatitis induced by antitubercular drug, were presented and divided into two groups. The treat group which involved 20 patients had been taken jieduhuganyin orally for 1 months. The contract group were given Kaixilai. Observe the scores of symptoms and the hepatic functions, including ALT, AST, TBiL, GGT at the beginning and ending of the experiment. And at the same time the SOD, MDA ,GSH in blood, the liver tissue histological examination, the expressions of Fas and FasL measured by immunohistochemical assay, and the security indexes include the regulations of blood, urine and stool, electrocardiogram, kidney function etc were observed. Then the statistical work were done with the data. Results: After counted with statistics, jieduhuganyin is safe and effective to cure hepatisis induced by antituberculardrug. After one months of treatment the patients' serum index, symptom, tissue histological examination of liver, were all improved (P<0.05, P<0.01) .So jieduhuganyin has good effects of anti-hepatitis induced by antituberculardrug. And the express of SOD,MDA ,GSH in blood, and Fas and FasL on liver tissue were improved too, and better than contract group (P<0.05) .Conclusion: the jieduhuganyin according to qingrelishijiedu can evidently reduce the hepatitis by decrease the expression of the factor associated with apoptosis and resist the injure caused by ORE So it can improve the syndromes and experimental index of induced by antituberculardrug.
