| Object observe the clinic curative effect of kanglite capsule according to yangyinquyufa on 30 patients who were suffering from chronic hepatitis B (CHB) , and reveal the mechanism of it through experimental research.Methods Clinic study: 30 patients , who suffer from CHB, were presented. They had been taken kanglite capsule orally for 3 months. Observe the scores of symptoms and the hepatic functions, including ALT, AST, TBiL, GGT at the beginning, middle, ending of the experiment. And at the beginning and ending the hepatic fibrosis index (including PCIII, HA, LN, IV-C), the HBV serumal symbol ( including HBVM, HBVDNA), the physical test of liver, gall bladder and spleen, and the security indexes include the regulations of blood, urine and stool, electrocardiogram, kidney function etc were observed. Then the statistical work were done with the data. Experimental research: 60 normal KD mice were divided into six groups. Except normal group, the other groups were given BCG+LPS to build the immunity-caused hepatitis models. And at the same time except the model group, other groups mice were given corresponding drug every day. 16 hours after the LPS was injected , the mice were killed. And then tested the serum indexes including ALT, AST, IL-18, and the SOD, MDA, TNFα in mice liver tissues to understand the inflammation's variation of liver cell and the tissue ; The hepatic histological examination were done, and the expressions of Fas and FasL were measured by immunohistochemical assay, and the liver tissue scene were observed through electronic microscope.Results: After counted with statistics, kanglite capsule is safe and effective to cure hepatisis. After three months of treatment the patients' serum index, symptom and B-ultrasonic of liver ,gall bladder and spleen were all improved (P<0.05, P<0.01) . So kanglite capsule has good effects of anti-hepatitis and prevention from hepatic fibrosis.
