Background and Objective: Id proteins (inhibitors ofdifferentiation or DNA binding) are the members of a family of basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factors lacking the DNA-binding domain. They play key roles in the regulation of cell differentiation during neurogenesis , lymphoiesis and angiogenesis, promoting cell growth and cell cycle progression, and apoptotic induction. The aim is to explore the regulation and interaction of Id1 and Id3 in the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and squamous cell carcinoma during the progression.Methods:By using EnVision immunohistochemistry and Motic 6.0A image analyzing system, the expression of Idl and Id3 was detected, the expression of protein was evaluated in 免. 疫 CIN and 67 primary cervical cancer.
