Objective: Through DSA for 12 patients with tibial nonunion admitted to hospital from January, 2005 to February, 2006, we research the condition of blood circulation so as to further identify the changing specific of blood circulation pattern and expect to find the mechanism that influence the fracture healing. At the same time, give the referenced theory for treating nonunion, avoid the blindness of clinical treatment, lower the incidence of nonunion and increase the healing rate of nonunion. Methods: 12 patients with tibial nonunion and 12 normal adults accepted the DSA of the lower limbs, and we research the condition of blood circulation. We count the number of vessel in the fracture region and observe the morphous of the vessel in the fracture region. 1 Observe the morphous of the vessel in the fracture region and in the corresponding region of the control group. 2 Count the number of vessel in the fracture region and in the corresponding region of the control group. 3 Calculate the circulation time in the fracture region and in the corresponding region of the control group. At last, compare and analyze the collected data, and find the difference between the experimental group and the control group.Results:1 The morphous of the vessel in the fracture region didn't obviously change.
