Objective : Observer the neurprotective effects of cerebral ischemic preconditioning combining with dexameson in ischemia-reperfusion rat, by recording trigeminal evoked potential(TEP), investigate more effective methods of the cerebro-resuscitation and detective means. Methods: Fourty Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups made the reversible focal cerebral ischemic-preconditioning model by occluding the middle cerebral artery .recorded the changes of the trigeminal evoked potential (TEP) after different electric stimulation. Rats in A group(Sham-operated group) only received the operation ; Rats in B group (ischemia-reperfusion group)received cerebral ischemia for 120 minutes ,then reperfusion for 24 hours and recorded the TEP; Rats in C group(cerebral ischemia group) received cerebral ischemia for 20 minutes ,then reperfusion for 24 hours and recorded the TEP after occluding the middle cerebral artery for 120 minutes in the third day; Rats in D group (Dex preconditioning group ) Abdominal administration dexameson (3mg/kg )tow days, then reperfusion for 24 hours and recorded the TEP after occluding the middle cerebral artery for 120 minutes in the third day. Tow rats in every group were randomly selected to estimate the state by blood gas analyzer after recorded the TEP, and then made the pathological sample with...
