ObjectiveExplore the expression of NF- k B, IL-6 and VEGF in cervical carcinoma. Besides, the relationship between the expression of the said three structures and MVD is also discussed.MethodsSP Immunohistochemistry method was performed to examine the expression of NF-KBp65, IL-6, VEGF and MVD in 43 cases of tissues of cervical carcinoma, 32 cases of CIN cervical tissues and 43 cases of normal cervical tissues.ResultThe positive expression rates of NF k Bp65 in cervical carcinoma , CIN and normal cervical tissues are 67.4%(29/43), 28.1% (9/32) and 0% (0/43) respectively. The positive expression rates of IL-6 are 58.1% (25/43) , 21.9% (7/32)and 2.3%(1/43)respectively. The positive expression rates of VEGF are 61.9%(26/43), 25.0% (8/32) and 0% (0/43) respectively. MVD in the group of cervical carcinoma is (51.9 ± 11.8), in that of CIN is (27.4 ± 7.9) , in that of normal cervical tissues is (14.4 ± 4.5). There exists the great difference in the three groups (p<0.05). The expression of NF- κ Bp65, IL-6 and VEGF is closely...
