The Current Situation And Problem Solving Study Of Community Health Services In The Canglang District, City Of Suzhou.

Objective: This study aims to find out factors that impacted on the sustainable development of community health services by analyzing issues that occurred in the process of construction and development of the community health services of Canglang District, City of Suhzou. The policy suggestion will be proposed to improve the community health services based on the case of the Canglang District.Methods: First, a finding shows that, from the analysis of the services target people, investment, organization and employees ; Second, an appraisement for the quality and quantity of community health services in the Canglang District.Results: the community health services had these problems as following: unreasonable geographic configuration, the small size of services, single investment source, and poor facilities and quality of services staff. All of these resulted into poor health services for the community. an appraisement shows that incipient health services network has setup and the direction of development is on the right track.
