This is because the indoor thermal environment not only effects the human'thermal sensations and the working efficiency but also has a very consanguineous relationship to the human'psychological and physiological healthy. The former researches mainly adopted the method of questionnaire to collect the thermal sensations and it lacks of the reflection about the effect of the indoor thermal environment on human—especially some advanced physiological index such as the cordis and cerebral function and the nerve function. This thesis firstly systematic states some theories of the body temperature adjust function and the theories of the thermal comfort and then carries out the laboratory experiment based on the typical climate with hot summer and cold winter of Chongqing. The research studies the effect trend of the nerve function and the body temperature adjust function and the like influenced by the indoor thermal environment in summer and winter. It also collected the thermal sensation and analyzes and discusses the data thoroughly.Based on the former research, this thesis validates the conclusion by different research method; adds some new physiological index such as the sweat. We creates a suit of device to evaluate the sweating level by using the measurement of the dermal resistance; we improved the experiment conditions and implements the investigations about the variations of the physiological functions and the thermal sensations of exposed in lasting air flow in winter.From the analysis we find that: the motor nerve conduct speed(MCS) and the sensory nerve conduct speed(SCS) is significantly effected by the air temperature with a positive trend and effected by the air flow speed with a negative trend. The MCS and SCS reduced notably along with draft time and the variation represents three different stages; compared to the changes of the body temperature in cold winter, it has a more prominent variation of the body temperature in hot summer effects by the air flow, the recessive perspiration restrained by the increasing of the air speed in summer according to the dermal resistance analysis.
