Background and Objective: Vitiligo is a common depigmented skin disorder. The mechanism is still unknown. There are some theories about vitiligo. At present, the immune theory is generally accepted, the pigmented lesions presented disappearance of melanocytes and lympHocyte infiltration through histology and immunocytochemistry; The autoantibodies are present in the circulation of most patient with vitiligo, the level of vitiligo antibodies correlates with the extent of depigmentation and activity of the disease. Many scholars presumed that the melanocytes were destroyed by complements solution and ADCC action after autoantibodies binding to cell membrane proteins. As far as the known the membrane antigens are concerned, these antigens are not clear, although one was identified for MCHR-1, but the positive ratio is only 17.1 percent on vitiligo serum recognizing MCHR-1, it is far from the positive ration of vitiligo antibodies. That is to say there are other membrane antigens associated with vitiligo. Therefore, we expected the investigation started proteins-performing...
