Background:Acute pancreatitis(AP) especially acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP) hasn't been solved satisfactorily up to now in acute abdomen surgery. Currently, it's thought that the apoptosis of the acinar cell play an important role in AP probably as one of the mechanisms of self-defense. So, to identify the relationship between the apoptosis of acinar cells and severity of AP, to investigate apoptosis mechanism of the acinar cell and the effective way of drug treatment, in order to degrade the severity and fatality rate has important significance.Objective: To investigate the relationship between the apoptosis of acinar cells and severity of AP and analyze the expression of the major proapoptotic molecules Bax, Caspase-8 and the antiapoptotic Bcl-2 in different severity of AP induced by retrograde injection of different concentration of sodium deoxycholate into the common biliopancreatic duct of rat. Also to observe the pancreas pathology change, serum amylase, inflammatory cytokines in blood. Using different medicines, such as QingYiTang Decoction, Dexamethasone, Santonstadine as to explore the apoptosis mechanism of acinar cells in AP and the effective methods of drug treatment.Methods: The different severity of acute pancreatitis model of SD rat was established by retrograde injection of different concentration of sodium deoxycholate into the common biliopancreatic duct.
