Study On Community Health Care Practice And The Related Factors Of Quality Forming Of Undergraduates In Military Medical University

Community health care practice is a series of educational activities in medical university in order to foster the qualified medical personnel through participating in community health care practice according to the national standards and requirements of qualified personnel building. This paper tries to explain the relationship between the carrying out of community health care practice and the related factors of undergraduates'quality forming in military medical university. Meanwhile, on the basis of the study on the practices of over 60 medical universities in China and abroad and the related factors, combining with the law of military medical undergraduates'development, this paper has generally given the index of factors of undergraduates'quality forming, finished the design of questionnaires of medical education exports, teaching controllers, staffs and students and set the index system closely related to undergraduates'quality forming according to the data through Ridit Analysis.This article contains five parts.The first one is the basis of the study giving the outline of influence and necessity of community health care and the status quo in China.The second one is the theory exploration illustrating the status quo and trend of community health care practice of medical university students in China and abroad.The third one is the introduction of the community health care practice of the Third Military Medical University.The fourth part is the study on community health care practice and the related factors of quality forming in military medical university.The last part is the discussion and the conclusion.Through the research into the community health care practice's beginning and development and the analysis of the relationship between community health care practice...
