Objective:To study the meaning of vessel catheterization for majordamage vessel,a healing method, on the effects to rebuild blood circulation and to lower the rate of cutting the limbs 30 minutes after electrical burn. Methods:Making 380V dogs electric experiment model.Twenty dogs wererandomly divided into two groups:Control group and experimental group.Dogs in control group surface wound were reconstructed by ortho position skin flaps post debridement. Dogs in experimental group, treated femoral artery and vein catheterization to reconstruct blood circulation except for the same treatment with control group. Tissue samples were taken for the determination of Malonyldiadehyde(MDA),Superoxide Dismutase(SOD),Nitric Oxide(NO) and Xanthine Oxidase(XOD) before and different hours after operations. MDA was detected through thiobarbituric acid method. SOD was detected using hydroxylamine method. XOD was detected by colorimetric method. NO was detected by nitric reductase method. Results: (1) MDA, SOD and XOD contents of tissue were significantlyincreased and SOD content of tissue was significantly decreased in both groups. (2)MDA content of tissue in control group were higher than it in experimental group after operations. There were most significant difference in 4,8,24,72,96 and 168 hours after operations between two groups(p<0.01). 1 hours after operations there were no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05). (3)SOD content of tissue in control...
