Economic Analysis On Public Health Supplying

The economical development is the consequence of the interaction of generating and limitational factors. Along with the reform and open policy daily deepening, our country's economy has obtained the rapid growth. The SARS event in 2003, which became the limitational factor to our economy further develops, brought adverse effect to our country's development. And this causes us re-reconsider the former economical growth pattern and the policy implementation. The scholars surveyed the negative influence that the SARS event causes to our economic growth. As we know, the SARS event is the typical public health event, this crisis reflected that we had not chosen the pattern according to the sustainable development, hence, it created the flaw of the public health effective supplies.Our paper starts with the adverse effect that the SARS event caused to our country economy development, based on the theory background of the health economics and the public health, we begin to elaborate the definition and the characteristic of the public health. Then we pointed out that the public health has very strong exterior and communitical characteristic, and so on. At the same time, we think the effective supply of the public health should be by the government supply primarily, other supply-patterns for auxiliary.
