| Objective:To find out the general information of blood collecting and supplying agencies, people, facilities, blood management and health and law enforcement supervision and inspection results; To find out the general information of the people of donation blood, blood volume, blood for clinical use between 1999 and 2007; To find out the situation of HIV, HBV, HCV, syphilis and other blood-borne pathogens can be detected in blood collection and supply agencies in our province in 1999-2007 years; Assessment the work in accordance with law practice and the work of unpaid blood donation comprehensively in blood collection and supply institutions in our province. It is helpful to further improve the our province's Blood safety work, policies of unpaid blood donation and the facilities of blood collecting and supplying agencies.Methods:By prevalence survey to investigate the 17 blood collecting and supplying agencies in shanxi Province;By making a dynamic analysis to the situation of unpaid blood from 1999 to 2010;By making the symthetical evaluation on the safety of blood.Results:(1)11 blood collecting and supplying agencies at city level and five at the county level hold the licence which is effective during the period of validity. And the result shows the certificates rate is more than 90%. It has found no lawbreaking pick for the acts, but the technical staffs' education level is lower.(2)In the year from 1999 to 2010, the people to donate blood in our Province which is a stable foundation have been slightly increased. The total of the people to donate blood is 1.26 times as many as the people in 1999, and the link relative ratio of the speed of development is about 1. (3)In the year from 1999 to 2010, the number of unpaid blood in our Province is increasing year by year. The number in 2010 is 102335L,which is 2.31 times as much as the number in 1999, and the link relative ratio of the speed of development is between 1.01 and 1.32.(4)During the year between 2001 and 2004, the number of planning to donate blood is down to zero. The rate of unpaid donating blood is over 100%. Of all them are volunteers to donate their blood.(5)In our province, during the year between 1999 and 2010, the 400 ml ratio of donating blood and component blood transfusion are rising. By 2010, it in the municipal center is more than 80%, and the rate of blood transfusion is more than 94%.(6)With the rank sum ratio, the synthetical evaluation is done which includes five infections indicators in 11 city-level blood centers in 2101 and that during the year between 1999 and 2010. And the result is that the safety and the danger of blood in JinCheng is lowest, while SuoZhou is highest. (7)In the year 1999-2010, the trend of total number of the unpaid blood people in five country-level blood centers which are LinFen, DaNing, HongTong, HouMa, RuiCheng, and YuanQuhas been researched. The result shows that that in HouMa is the most(the number is 2816). With the rank sum ratio, the analysis of relevance ratio of the infection diseases has been done in five country-level blood centers in 2010. The result is HouMa is the lowest.Conclusion:(1)The situation of blood in our Province is stable.(2)The work level of unpaid blood is improving year by year, but more volunteers are needed.(3)The safety of blood has weak places and it needs strong supervision.
