Zhizhu Pill's Effect And Relative Mechanisms Of Treating Gastric Ulcer

Objective:Duplicate rat peptic ulcer model by means of pyloric ligature, acetic acid daub and irritable methods. Approach Zhizhu Pill antiulcerative mechanism of action based on pharmacodynamics.Methods and Conclusion:The results of this experiment demonstrate that Zhizhu Pill has conspicuous effect of preventing and treating action on gastric ulcer caused by water immersion stress method and acetic acid daub method. Zhizhu Pill can not play roles on total acidity but can decend pepsin activity of gastric fluid in gastric ulcer rats due to ostium pyloricum deligation, can increase the contents of NO in gastric fluid (compared with model group P<0.01) and can decrease the contents of MDA in gastric tissue (compared with model group P<0.01) and the activity of SOD in gastric tissue (compared with model group P<0.05). Besides, in the model of gastric ulcer caused by acetic acid daub method, Zhizhu Pill has not the function of increasing the contents of 6-keto-PG in rat's blood plasma. These manifest that the relative mechanisms of Zhizhu Pill for anti-gastric ulcer may be as follows: improve the gastric mucosal defensive function by increasing the synthesis and release of NO, 6-keto-PG which were protecting factors of gastric mucosa and decend pepsin activity of gastric fluid;improve the capability of clearing away oxyradical to promote the recovery of gastric mucosa.This study provides experimental evidences for preventing and treating peptic ulcer clinically of Zhizhu Pill, verifies the effect of the treatment method of invigorating the spleen and activating qi in preventing and treating peptic ulcer, and possesses certain referencevalue for directing the application of drugs to preventing and treating peptic ulcer and developing new drugs.
