Arrangement And Correlation Research Of Therapist Pan Mingxiong's "Ye An Kuo Yao" In Lingnan Area

"Ye An Kuo Yao" was written by Pan Mingxiong who was from Guangdong in Qing era, he was a therapist of TCM . The Therapist Pan lucubrated on the case of Ye Tianshi, by analyzing the case of Ye Tianshi, gave birth to the principle of treatment and summarized the experience of his efficacious prescription. The Therapist Pan choosed some representative case from "Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An " and "Ye An Cun Zhen", by refining the summary, reserving the wonderful theory and the individual theory which he experiment validly. That book was edited in the type of "Meng Qiu" . The Therapist Pan abstract the Ye Tianshi's experience and then generalize as the poem each line of which consists of four words. In order to guide the clinic in effect, the book had giving outline. Really speaking it is one of the best reference book for studying the Ye's case. But the existing edition of this book is not very popular, even short, saying nothing to the study on it in system. This article is a summary of the study on this book, Its purpose is to make out a best version which is correct and faithful according to the original version and provide literature bases for clinical study.Firstly, the study had been done by searching the clues throught newspaper, magazines, index, the library bibliography,correlative books, and on-line search etc. The interrelated data was completely collected. It is found that the previous version of "Ye An Kuo Yao " existing , which was printed and published in 1873 is the traditional thread binding. Up to the present , only six versions are collected. Through the study of this book and its academic thoughts, seek ask for the original version and refine the experience of making an estimation and giving the remedies.Secondly, the annotation is according to the "regulation" , the study of this book includes three aspects: collation, punctuation, annotation, according to the "Regulation of Checking and Annotating Ancient books ofTCM" .1. CollationFor achieving the reliability of the collation, the original and the scenario were selected. The "Tongzhi Jiaxu" one which is stored in the library of Guangzhou University of TCM, is the earliest edition. Its ink marks and wrong font is distinct. This was selected as the original. The Shi Jie Yuan versions which are stored in the museum of Guangzhou University of TCM and the library of Guangdong Province were selected as the main scenarios, the other transcripts stored in the library of Guangzhou University of TCM as the secondary scenarios.And then collect the contentions to prove step by step, etc.2. PunctuationAfter making clear the meaning of the original text, new punctuation exchanged the original periods and commas , and the wrong ones were corrected.3. AnnotationThe annotation includes making out the sound , the derivation and the acceptation of every unfamiliar word. This was done for the purpose that the book can be more easier for the the reader who has the basic knowledge on the ancient books of TCM.. Finally, through the study of this book and its academic thoughts, we can found that the book is a monograph of TCM. The Therapist Pan analysed the case of Ye Tianshi earnestly, refined the summary and reserving the wonderful theory.On clinic, the Therapist Pan was good at the therapy of the pyrexia, especially the sickness because of hotness or impaludism .The Therapist Pan was accomplished in internal medicine, dealed well with the diagnosis and nonsurgical treatment of diseases affecting the internal organs of the body, such as digestive system infirmity^ haemorrhage disease;moreover the Therapist Pan was a gynecologist too, he was adept at the diagnosis and treatment of the disorders on the female reproductive organs.Two volumes of "Ye An Kuo Yao" which was been annotated is appendixed at the end.
