Study Of The Efficacy Of Shen-Fu Injection On Different Types Of Jue-Tuo

[Purpose] : Basing on summarizing the frequency and therapy of Jue-Tuo, observe the efficacy of Shen-Fu Injection on different types of Jue-Tuo[Method] : This study summarized the primary affections, the types and death rate of shock, and also the frequency of different types of Jue-Tuo and the therapy , etc by reviewing the literatures of Jue-Tuo, and analyzing 122 patients from the Emergency Department during the last 6 years. The patients were divided into 3 groups by different types, and then we tried to find out the improvement of the patients' senses, complexion perspiration, pulse, urine after they were given Shen-Fu Injection. We also compared the time for the patients' blood pressure to begin rising after they were given Shen-Fu Injection, Dopamine or both of them. Lastly, we sum up the application and efficacy of Shen-Fu Injection, and so as to make the Shen-Fu Injection be use more logical and normative.[Result] : During the last 6 years, death rate of shock is high at about 60%. QI-YIN-HAO-SHANG was the most main type of Jue-Tuo, and the prognosis of it was best, while the ZHEN-YIN-SHUAI-JIE rarely occured, and the prognosis of it was bad. The most concurrently type of Jue-Tuo was RE-DU-CHI-SHENG. The death rates did not have statistics differences among the different concurrently types, but have between using or not using Shen-Fu Injection. As for the 3 groups divided by Shen-Fu Injection, dopamine and both, statistics differences of time for the blood pressure to begin rise did not exist within 60 minutes after the medicine was given (P>0.05), but existed after 360 minutes. (P<0.05). According to the statistical result data, the efficacy of Shen-Fu Injection between QI-YIN-HAO-SHANG and YANG-QI-BAO-TUO was near, and both of them were better than ZHEN-YIN-SHUAI-JIE. Moreover, Shen-Fu Injectioncould improve the symptom of Jue-Tuo.[ Conclusion ] : Shen-Fu Injection is most applicable in the type —YANG-QI-BAO-TUO of Jue-Tuo. Shen-Fu Injection can well raise the blood pressure. Shen-Fu Injection can improve the symptom of Jue-Tuo, especially for the complexion, perspiration, cold-extremity, and in this case it can increase the efficacy on serious shock.
