Objective Acupuncturing Taichong to treat hypertension patients with syndrome of Hyperactivty of liver fire, research the change of patients' syndrome and blood pressure , discuss its standard operation, applicable illness syndromes, taboo illness and security , evalute its curative effect.Methods 60 hypertension patients with syndrome of Hyperactivty of liver fire are disparted two groups by using simple stochastic means, treatment group is treated by acupuncture Taichong once daily .control group is treated with Captopril Tablets 12.5mg twice daily, period of treatment is a week, observe and study the peatiens' blood pressure, 24hour BP monitoring , score of curative effect of symptom, blood pressure curve change range and Hemorheology. Acupancture has marked decline in the blood pressure in treating hypertension patients with syndrome of Hyperactivty of liver fire, can decline systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, has the same effect in blood pressure curve with control group.2. Acupuncture can improve symptom score of hypertension patients with syndrome of Hyperactivty of liver fire, the effect is better than control group .3. The hemorheology change has marked difference in two groups, acupancture also can decline Fib that is a danger risk factor of cardiovascular in the body.4. Acupuncture also can decline heart rate going with blood pressure decline, but has no effect on mean heart rate, increased heart rate is independent risk factor of hepertension and cardiovascular death, it maybe bring more cardiovascular benefit at the same time. Captopril has no effect on heart change.5. Acupuncture is availability replacement therapy to treat hypertension , it can bring more benefits to hepertension patients , such as pulse pressure and heart rate decline, the hemorheology improvement.
