Qbjective: To primarily confirm the association among HLA-A*02, HAL-A*11, HLA-A*31, HLA-DRBI*07, HLA-DRB1*1303, HLA-DRB1*12 and the level of immunity in Guangxi chronic hepatitis B patients by studying the association of HLA-A*02, HAL-A*11, HLA-A*31, HLA-DRBI*07, HLA-DRB1*1303, HLA-DRB1*12 separately with the change of IL-2,IL-10 and T lymphocyte subsets, and provide immunogenetic knowledge for the cure of chronic hepatitis B.Methods:(1) Genomic DNA was extracted from white blood cells of patients using traditional phnol-chloroform method.HLA-A*02, HAL-A*11, HLA-A*31, HLA-DRBI*07, HLA-DRB1*1303, HLA-DRB1*12 a llele was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction /sequence specific primer(PCR-SSP)technique,with the specific primers of HLA-A*02, HAL-A*11, HLA-A*31, HLA-DRBI*07, HLA-DRB1*1303, HLA-DRB1*12 designed by software, then the PCR products were purified and sequenced. (2) T lymphocyte subsets were simultaneously analyzed by flow cytometry assay and the method to measure the levels of IL-2,IL-10 is ELISA. The data were analysed by SPSS 12.0 software. Results: (1)The average IL-10 level in HLA-DRB1*1303 positives was higher than that in HLA-DRB1*1303 negtives(P<0.05); The average IL-10 level in HAL-A*11 positives was higher than that in HAL-A*11 negtives (P<0.05); The average IL-10 level in HAL-A*02 positives was lower than that in HAL-A*02 negtives(P<0.05); the level of IL-2 in all the contrast was not significant(P<0.05).(2) the level of IL-10 in fulminant hepatitis B and liver...
