ObjectiveTo investigate the 3D - CTA in the Diagnosis of Cervical Spondylotic - Vertebral Ateriopathy, and make out of the classification of Cervical Spondylotic -Vertebral Ateriopathy. And by the classification, we can conclude the treatment and the operative indication.MethodsThere are 30 patients suffering from the Cervical Spondylotic - Vertebral Ateriopathy, 16 men and 14 women. To investigate the vertebral artery morphology by the 3D - CTA, and analysis the correlations of the pathogenesis on CT scans, to make out of the classification of the Cervical Spondylotic - Vertebral Ateriopathy.ResultsThere are 8 cases in the experiment group are normal on the CT scans, 2 cases are local expressed, 6 cases are string - of - beads, 13 cases are thin of one side of the vertebral artery, and 1 case is expressed account for the tumor.ConclusionBy the morphology of the 3C - CTA, we can make out of six classifications of Cervical Spondylotic - Vertebral Ateriopathy, and the diagnosis and the treatment methods.
