| Objective: This article is observe the Clinical efficacy for adjustment of rotationmanipulation(ARM) in treatment of cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopachy(CSA),analysis the changes of before and after. The treatment, Study the mechanism of(ARM), And give the Standardized treatment for clinical provide scientific basis.Methods:90definitive diagnosis patients which to meet the requirements of the subjectwere randomly divided into two groups,45cases in the treatment group were given ARM,45cases in control group were given conventional manipulative therapy, and the two group givethe same treatment time.Respectively before and after treatment were observed and recordedthe changes, and analysis of its clinical effect.Results:90cases of patients after the treatment, the treatment group9cases recoveredaccounted for20%,21cases accounted for46.67%,11cases effected accounted for24.44%,4cases are invalid accounted for8.89%, the total effective rate was91.11%; the other group3cases recovered accounted for6.66%,11cases accounted for24.44%,18cases effectedaccounted for40.00%,13cases are invalid accounted for28.89%, the total effective rate was71.11%; After treatment, the patient’s vertigo symptoms and headache and signs improvedsignificantly, showing that ARM, treatment of CSA is effective, which is a good treatmentmethod for CSA.Conclusion: the CSA patients, treated ARM, to obtain good clinical curative effect,Improving that vertebral artery blood supply cycle to relieve vertigo, headache which is themain may to treat of CSA, The therapeutic effect of ARM, is clear, which deserves furtherresearch and popularization. |
