Study On The Method Of Quality Assessment Of Fructus Schisandrae

Fructus Schisandrae. is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines (TCM). 18 Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Bail samples and 11 Schisandra sphhenanthera Rehd et Wils fructus samples were collected from different place.The quality assessment was developed.Deoxyschizandrin(DZ) and Schizandrin(SZ) are the effective constituents of Fructus Schisandrae. A reversed -phase HPLC method was developed for determination of DSD, SD in Fructus Schisandrae. The determination could be accomplished by different mobile phase system in ODS column. The linear ranges were 0.017～0.17mg·mL^-1(r=0.9995), 0.01-0.1 mg·mL^-1(r=0.9996) respectively. The average recoveries of the two constituents in Fructus Schisandrae samples were 98.1% (RSD 2.1%), 97.9% (RSD 2.8%) respectively. The assay methods are simple, rapid and with good reproducibility and provide a quantitative basis for the quality assessment for Fructus Schisandrae Used HPLC method, the methanol extract of Fructus Schisandrae was analyzed by chromatographic fingerprints.
