Objective35 cases with small liver neoplasm were compared of clinical imaging diagnosis by ultrasonic and contrast-enhanced ultrasound and multislice CT (MSCT). The features of direct-viewing sonogram of ultrasonic and haemodynamic change of contrast-enhanced ultrasonic and the different enhanced images of three phases of MSCT were analyzed to evaluate the value of the differential and combining diagnosis using these three methods for SHCC diagnosis. Materials and Methods1 Case: 35 cases were selected from the outpatients (OPT) and hospitalized patients (HP) suspected with Space Occupying Lesion (SOL) after the routine ultrasonic examination.2 Equipment and Methods:2.1 Ultrasound: Toshiba SSH—140 Diasonography, detecting head frequency 3.75MHz, was used to the preliminary imaging diagnosis through the different sectioned scan for observation of the shape, size, position, number, amicula, internal echo, border and the dark circle of the liver focus.
