| Objective:This study compared the diagnostic effect of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in chronic liver disease nodules,in order to find a reliable diagnostic scheme for chronic liver disease nodules,in order to early detect and identify liver nodules, and provide help for the early diagnosis and treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods:In this study, patients with nodules of chronic liver disease admitted to our hospital from 06,2019 to 07,2020 were selected as the research objects. Two dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound were performed to observe the characteristics of liver nodules. To compare the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in differentiating benign and malignant nodules of chronic liver disease. In this study,to compare the characteristics of two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in distinguishing benign and malignant nodules and perform logistic regression analysis.Results:1.Liver nodules in patients with chronic liver disease can be observed by two-dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and the characteristics of liver nodules are more obvious by contrast-enhanced ultrasound.2.The accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of nodules was 58.33%,that of benign nodules was 42.22%,that of malignant nodules was 15.38%;the accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of nodules was 79.76%,that of benign nodules was 73.33%,and that of malignant nodules was 61.53%.3.The results of χ2 test showed that there were differences in the characteristics of crush infiltration, arterial blood flow, halo and uniformity between benign and malignant nodules(P<0.05).4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that crush infiltration had a greater contribution to the diagnosis of benign and malignant liver nodules,OR=57.36.Conclusions:Two dimensional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound have a high consistency in the differential diagnosis of chronic liver disease nodules, but contrast-enhanced ultrasound can show the blood supply of liver nodules in real time, dynamically and sensitively, and has strong ability to distinguish benign and malignant liver nodules and excellent patient compliance,so contrast enhanced ultrasound has a good diagnostic value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant nodules in chronic liver disease. |
