Objective: To summarize the clinical characteristics and the correlative factors of outcome in children with cerebral palsy (CP), and provide the effective methods for early diagnosis and treatment of CP.Methods: Materials of 358 children with CP were analyzed retrospectively.Results:(1)The rate of gender (male:female) was 2.1:1(242/116) in all cases.(2)The age of preliminary diagnosis of all cases was 0~3 months, 3~6 months, 6~12 months, 12~24 months or more than 24 months, which accounted for 0%, 12.29%, 30.17%, 29.05% or 28.49% respectively. Patients younger than 6 months only accounted for 12.29% among all cases.(3)According to motor dysfuntion, patients with spasticity, atonia, mixed or athetosis accounted for 237(66.20%), 89(24.86%), 20(5.59%) or 12 (3.35%) respectively among all cases.
