Objective To investigate the effect of different dosage of SFI on hemodynamics, myocardial infarct size, serum NO, ET-1, TXB2 concentration, vascular reactivity of coronary artery to vasomotor substances and ultrastructure of endothelial cells of diabetic rabbits'coronary artery against ischemia-reperfusion .Methods 40 diabetic rabbits induced by alloxan were randomly divided into 5 groups after had been fed for 8 weeks. The ischemia-reperfusion model was formed as: ligated the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) for 60min and released it, reperfusion for 120min. Rabbits of group F were only had a thread drilled through LAD but not ligated, group IR, SF1, SF2, SF3 were injected normal saline 10ml / kg, SFI 5ml / kg, SFI 10ml / kg and SFI 15ml / kg separately 30 minutes before LAD was ligated.
