Experimental Study On The Effect Of YIZHILING Capsule To The Content Of MDA,β-AP In Cerebral Tissue And Blood In Alzheimer's Disease Rats

Objectibve: To analyse the mechanism of Alzheimer's disease (AD) ,and to exploe the mechanism of YIZHILING(YZL) capsule on Alzheimer's disease.Methold:66 SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, 11 normal control group,55 model group had been maken.20 days later, the rats alive were randomly divided into five groups: model dosage group,YZL capsule lowe dosage group, YZL capsule middle dosage group,YZL capsule high dosage group,JianNao capsule group.These five groups had been treated with related drags or pure water respectively for 30 days.At the same time,Y-Type electronic maze test and Mirros water maze test were performed before and after treatment to measure the behaviour of the rats.Histological survey was carried out to detect the content of MDA, β-AP in cerebral tissue and blood after treatment ,at the same time choice two rats from every groups as randome to count the neumber of senile plaque (SP) and neuro fibrillary tangles (NFTs) in the spice of internucler ophthalmoplegia.Result:YZL capsule coule imprve the learning and memory ablilities of modeanimals,decrease the content of MDA, β-AP, SP, NFTs, compared with the modelgroup ,showed a significant difference (P<0.05orP<0.01),in all of these three groups theYZL capsule middle dosage group has the best result.Conclussion:The mechanism of YZL capsule to treat AD is related to decreasing thecontent of MDA, β-AP SP and NFTs.So Alzheimer's disease is cured by YZLcapsule.
