Theoretical And Experimental Study In Treatment Of Malignant Tumor With Wu Cao Yin Jia Jian

According to the Traditional Chinese basal theory and the clinic and teaching experience of tutor, this paper studies the theory and experiment in treatment of malignant tumor with Wu Cao Yin Jia Jian, appropriately combined with Rhizome Curcumae(Ezhu), Herba Leonuri (Yimucao),Herba Agrimoniae(Xianhecao),Astragalus membranaceus (Huangqi),Angelica sinensis(Danggui).The experiment observe the influence of Wu Cao Yin Jia Jian on the life quality,the avoirdupois,the malignant tumor control ratio,the content of serum Nitric Oxide Synthase(NOS)and serum Superoxide dismutase(SOD),the avoirdupois and index of thymus gland and spleen,and the pathological changes. The conclusion shows that Wu Cao Yin Jia Jian is capable of improving life quality of animals,controlling the grow of tumor and improving immune function of animals,which is worthwhile to do further research to find out the mechanism of the combination.
