Clinical And Experimental Studies On Treatment Of Alcoholic Liver Disease With Anti-ALD Ⅰ Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Anti-ALDⅠDecoction and effection on IL-6,CYP2E1,TNF-α, and to investigate the mechanism of Anti-ALDⅠDecoction in treatment on ALD. Methods: 60 cases with ALD as the sample, were divided into two groups randomly, the group of Anti-ALDⅠDecoction and the control group, and to observe improvement of the illness. As the same time, ALD rats modle was established. 72 male rats were divided into six groups. Then to observe the contents of TNF-α,IL-6,MDA, and the activity of SOD. Results: in clinic research , the totle effective rate of the group of Anti-ALDⅠDecoction was 86.21% after one period of treatment, and it was better than that of control group(P<0.05); but after four period of treatment , there was no difference between them(P<0.05). In experiment , the contents of IL-6 and TNF-αand the activity of CYP2E1 in therapeutic group had a evident improvement than modle group, and there was a difference between them in statistics(P<0.01); in the therapeutic group, the medicine could increase the SOD activity and decrease the MDA content significantly, so there was a difference existed (P<0.05). Conclusion: The mechanism of anti-damage of liver cell were to resist reaction of lipid peroxidation, regulate the activity of cell factors, protect liver cell ,and to alleviat the inflammation and fibrosis of liver cell, so the clinical signs and indexes could be improved significantly.
