OBJECTIVE: 1. To study the method of producing membrane made of high-polyer materials.2To produce a membrane which is made up of penicillamine and some kind of high-polymers,and to observe it's delayed-release action on penicillamine.3.To observe the penicillamine-combined membrane's preventional effect on intra-abdominal adhesions through animal experiments.METHODS : 1 .Make gel of chitosan, polylactic acid, hyaluronic acid and carboxymethyl cellulose of a certain concentration, then put penicillamine of the same quality into each solution.Put the gel into the self-made tootings.Through open-air drying for some days, the penicillamine-combined membrane is produced.Then we measure the thickness, observe the appearance and the dissolvable time, detect the penicillamine content of the membrane.The results were statistically analysed to screen the high-polymers mentioned above.After hyaluronic acid is finally selected,we made a ionization cross-linking reaction to prolong the degradation time of it. Carboxymethyl cellulose is added as adjuvant.Comprehend evaluation was made to test the membrane,and then the final prescription was defined.2.Divided 150 Wistar rats into A, B and C group randomly, each group had 50 rats.Each rat was taken a midline incision of 2.0 centimeter's length.The caecum serosa was rubbed with dry gauze to hyperemia or punctate hemorrhage,and the area of the trauma was 2cm~2 orso.Then we put an alike square penicillamine membrane on it.Because of the good adhesion to water, the membrane adheres to the caecum tightly.The caecum was put into the abdomen and the incision was closed. After 7 and 14 days, half of the animals was put to death separately and the grades of intra-abdominal adhesions were recorded.Samples chosen randomly from each group were stained with HE and Masson method.All data we got were analysed with the statistic software SPSS.
