Experimental Research On Chaiping Capsules In Treating Mice Model Of Chronic Superficial Gastritis

Chronic gastritis (CG) is an inflammation lesion of gastric mucous membrane caused by different etiological factor. This disease pertains to the stomach ache and the categories of abdominal fullness in TCM, etc.CG especially chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) is prevalent because of living tension, eating habit and weather. Although this disease isn't dangerous to life, it has affected employment and living of patient. There is no effective therapy on CG at present. TCM has a good effect on CG through mult-pathway and mult-target. So there is an important significance to carry out clinical investigation on CG treated by TCM.Professor Gong ZhanYue uses ChaiPing capsules to remedy CSG on the principle of dispersing stagnated liver-qi and strengthening the spleen and harmonizing the stomach and have good remedy results. In order to probe into the therapeutics mechanism of prescription, we have carried out animal experiment. We adopted comprehensive methods to make mice model of CSG and tried to observe the changes of ordinary condition, pathological and NO in gastric mucosa tissue intensifying and plasma. Experiment indicated that ChaiPing capsules have effects of increasing NO value of gastric mucosa tissue intensifying and plasma, promoting renovation and regeneration of gastric mucosu. The author conclude in the end that it also provide the theoretical base and effective therapeutic method for the treatment of CSG.
