The Clinical Study Of Importing The Ions Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine And Combined With Massage In Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of importing the ions of the traditional Chinese medicine and combined with massage in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis, reveal the pathogenesis of scapulohumeral periarthritis and therapeutic . effectiveness of importing the ions of the traditional Chinese medicine and combined with massageMethods: In accordance with strict diagnosing standard and strict excluding standard, we select 64 scapulohumeral periarthritis patients as testing objects, which is divided into two groups at half random. We set the numbers by sequence and the ones who get odd number are set to be the treatment group and treated by importing the ions of the traditional Chinese medicine and combined with massage, the ones who get even number are set to be control group and treated only by massage. We quantify the pains of shoulder joint, shoulder joint function and activity, ADL, muscle power,the local form of shoulder joint, and regard these as index of curative effect evaluating, analyze the data with statistical methods.Results: (l)The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 96.88 % and 90.63 % ,the comparison between the two groups showed significant difference (P<0.01). (2)the treatment group can effectively relieve the pains of shoulder joint,improve shoulder joint function and activity effectively,the degree of which is superior to that in control group. (3) The treatment group can effectively improve ADL , muscle power and improve the local form of shoulder joint, the degree of which is superior to that in control group.Conclusion: Importing the ions of the traditional Chinesemedicine and combined with massage can enhance the local effect of treatment, relieve the conglutination of shoulder joint and the pains,improve the shoulder function,and have a higher curative ratio than the single massage.In a word, importing the ions of the traditional Chinese medicine and combined with massage therapeutics is a simple, safe and efficient treatment for scapulohumeral periarthritis.
