Object:With the increasing of live,pressure,study and work,the rate of PCOS resulting in the face acne obviously increased.This kind of acne often seasonly aggravated in premenstrual or menstrual period,which has affected patient's normal physical and moral health, further aggravated patient's pressure.Method: This article took the method of combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medcine and the method of Western Medcine to treat 60 patients of PCOS resulting in the face acne.Comparing the soup of regulating menstruation and cleaning acne (30 patients)and Daine-35 with Diane-35 (30 patients) ,observe clinical effects including the total effect,testosterone, LH/FSH, the menstrual cycle, the retrogression situation of the face acne.Results: Observed 30 patients PCOS resulting in the face acne, in overall curative effect, the improvement of the menstrual cycle, the method of combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medcine had the remarkable difference with the comparison group.Two treatments reduced and enhance testosterone, LH/FSH, the retrogression situation of the face acne.Moreover their results are similar.But the method of combining Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medcine treat quickly and recrudesce lowly,its the side reaction is less .Conclusion: The method of adjustment menstrual period that treat this illness has the very big superiority, it is worthwhile the clinical promotion and the application.
