Research On Dissolution Of Nifedipine Liquid Hard Capsule

Objective: A novel method for determination dissolution of Nifedipine liquid hard capsule has been established in this paper. We studied the conditions for it.Methods: Dmayi C18(250mm×4.6m, 5um),with the Methanol and water(70:30) for flowing, the speed is 1.0mL/min, the wavelength of the test is 237nm. SYBR GREEN was used for mensuration the consistence of Nifedipine in the SR solution. The SR speed rate was calculate for the time. With the plasm method we got the dissolution with the different solution and different rotate speed.Result and conclusion: With the solution 0.5%SDS man-made gastric juice and the rotate speed 50 r/min, we got the optimum condition for determination the dissolution for Nifedipine liquid hard capsule out-body. With the range from 6.516 to 23.89ug/mL, it had a good liner ship between the concentration and A. 2.598ng was defined as the min-concentration. And the average of the rate of recycle was 99.7%, with its RSD was 0.93%. The results showed that the method we proposed was nicety and reasonable.
