Purpose:The purpose of this study was to evaluate the value of differentiation central lung cancer from post-obstructive lobar collapse with contrast-enhanced multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT),and to provide accordance for precise delineation of the target volume. Methods: From May 2004 to December 2005, 30 patients who were diagnosed as central lung cancer with histological proven.. 27 patients were scanned by SIEMENS SOMATOM SENSATION 64, the scanning scope from the lung apex to the lung bottom, the scanning time was 6.5s, Scanning parameter:Collimator 0.6mm,Pitch=1.0,FOV=300mm,120KV,the automatic milliampere technology . The enhancement scanning used the MEDRAD injection system, pours into the non-ionic contrast medium 90ml from the elbow vein, contrast medium was injected at a rate of 3ml/s. The scanning have three phase (pulmonary artery phase, aorta phase, parenchyma phase). The pulmonary artery phase uses the Bolus injection technology, the scanning delay of the aorta phase is 30 seconds and parenchyma phase is 60 seconds. 3 cases used GE double helix CT, the scanning scope of 2 cases were from the lung apex to the lung bottom, and the scanning time is 12~15S, the scanning...
