| To probe TCM medical records and construct network plateau, the source and development of medical records, and Deng Tietao's medical records were researched and reciprocal website was constructed.With a long history, TCM medical records traced back to 16 century B.C., previous Qin dynasty was the embryo period for TCM medical records, from Qin dynasty down to Tang was the initial stage of TCM medical records, some scholars held that that was one of the marks for the formation of TCM system. During Song Jin Yuan period, TCM medical records were booming, which marked by appearance of monograph, and various abundance of medical records. Down to Ming Dynasty, medical records were mature with the characteristics of abundant monographs and books, and special research on the rule and pattern of medical records. There were various works on medical records, which was the important mark of medical records in a period of great prosperity.To sum up, with the accumulation of TCM for thousand years, it was rich in medical records. The later physicians absorbed lots of essences from medical records, and based on them, new medical records of their own which represented their opinions and showed the method to latter generations.Deng Tietao is a modern famous expert in TCM. Prof. Deng has established many special complex medical records characterized by long time span, various diseases. The research on Deng Tietao's medical records dated back to 90's last century, with the sponsor of Guangdong Provincial Bureau of TCM. Under the guidance of Prof. Deng, the research group carried out work systematically and complied Deng Tietao's medical records and research in 2004 by the people's health publishing house.This thesis is based on the medical records of Myasthenia Gravis in the book (with the exclusion of those treated by Qiang Ji Jian Li oral liquid only), which are composed of 122 cases, 88 drugs, 1596 times of drugs used. According to Chinese Materia Medica Dictionary and Chinese Materia Medica, 88 drugs are attributed to spleen, kidney, liver, lung, heart, gallbladder, and stomach meridians. SPSS 11.0 statistics softwave is used forstatistical analysis. It shows that the main drugs are Rhizoma Atractyloidis Macrocephalae, Radix Bupleuri, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Chinese Angelica, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Glycyrrhizac, Fructus Lycii, Radix Polygoni Multiflori, Radix Astragali Fructus Corni, Rhizoma Cimicifugae, Radix Pseudostellariae, namely, modified Buzhong Yi Qin Tang (Decoction for Reiforcing Middle-jiao and Replenishing qi). This is identical in the causes and therapeutic principle for this disease held by Prof. Deng Tietao. According to his academic thoughts, it is caused by deficiency of spleen and stomach and involvement of five-zang organs from spleen, lung, kidney, liver down to heart in rum, and replenishing spleen qi and ascending Yang qi is its therapeutic principle.With the internet entering into daily life, study and work, network is popular in all walks of lives. As more and more people leam and practice TCM,it is easy for people to learn TCM by the netlized TCM medical records. Therefore, Deng Tietao's medical records were selected as original version to set up reciprocal site of medical records by ASP technique. It provides web browser with the following functions: registering and becoming a website user;classification of Deng Tietao's medical records;reciprocal communication and interchange of opinions;indexation within websites, investigation on medical records or relative medical and healthy issues. This provides a new showing place for traditional medical records. It is different from traditional word version and static web page with the greatest characteristic of providing reciprocal communication and interchange of opinions for the browsers. It provides assistance for clinical practice, educating and scientific research as well. |
