| Objective: the purpose of this study was To Assess the reliability of diagnose of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography(RT-3DE) in cardiac valvular Diseases by comparison with operation results, and to explore the advantages and value of clinical application of RT-3DE by comparison with Two Dimensional Echocardiography (2DE).Methods: Totally 65 patients with valvular heart disease (30 male,35 female,5 to 55 years) ,who were scheduled to undergo surgical treatment, including 27 patients with chronic rheumatic valvular diseases, 20 patients with congenital cardiac valvular Diseases,19 patients with other valvular heart disease, were scan with both 2DE and RT-3DE to observe morphology, function, rang, degree, spatial position and neighbor relationship of pathological changes of different valves of three groups. Used operation results as golden standard, compare the coherence and difference of the coincidences of 2DE and RT-3DE in valvular heart disease. Results: (1) The real-time three-dimensional images of all the cases of three groups were obtained optimally. RT-3DE can show the cardiac valvular diseases and its neighbor relationship from many angles of view vividly and sterical. Therefore, we had found some pathological changes which 2DE couldn't find, especially in some congenital cardiac valular disease. (2) Used operation results as golden standard, the coincidence of RT-3DE is as high as 2DE in chronic rheumatic valvular disease, but looks some higher than 2DE in congenital cardiac valvular Disease and others. (3) The Kappa value of 2DE and RT-3DE is all greater than 0.4, indicated that the outcome of two methods is rather consistent. P value is all excided 0.05 in all the cases by Mcnemar test, so... |
