Evaluation Of Yixin Fumai Granules In The Treatment Of Patients With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin After Rheumatic Valvular Disease

Purpose: To study on the effect of postoperative therapy for rheumatic valvular disease(deficiency of both Qi and Yin pattern)with Yi Xin Fu Mai Granule.Information and method: 60 cases with rheumatic valvular disease(deficiency of both Qi and Yin pattern)were taken mitral valve replacement with cardiopulmonary bypass in Department of Cardiovascular Surgery of General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from October,2017 to October,2018.Patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly by using random number table method.All patients were treated with the same conventional therapy after surgery.Additionally,Yi Xin Fu Mai Granule was used in observation group for two weeks.After 2 weeks of treatment,scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,NT-proBNP and LVEF were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results: Were treated for two weeks,the observation group vs.the control group:1.Total score of TCM symptoms were ameliorated obviously(3.87±1.70 vs.6.23±3.16,P<0.05),and both groups were lower than the first postoperative day(P<0.05);2.The effective rate of TCM symptoms were enhanced conspicuously(100% vs.83.3%,P<0.05);3.The value of N-terminal of the prohormone brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were ameliorated dramatically(428.41±374.49pg/ml vs.969.31±739.71pg/ml,P<0.05),and were declined obviously in both groups compared with the first postoperative day(P<0.05);4.The conspicuously improvement of Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)were no found in statistical perspective(57.60±2.74% vs.57.47±2.42%,P>0.05),but were higher than before treatment(P<0.05);5.In blood test,hepatic and nephric function and other biochemistry criterions,there were no contrast(P>0.05).Conclusion: The application of Yi Xin Fu Mai Granule is effective on postoperativetherapy in Rheumatic valvular disease(deficiency of both Qi and Yin pattern).1.Combined utilization of Yi Xin Fu Mai Granule and routine western medicine can alleviate the clinical symptoms and accelerate the postoperative recovery of the patient.2.Yi Xin Fu Mai Granule has myocardial preservation in a certain extent.3.There are no abnormalities in blood routine,liver and kidney function tests,it is secure and effective in clinical application.
