Background: Circumcision is a very important cultural custom which must be done when Muslim boys are getting their 4-12 ages in Xinjiang, China. Circumcision may be done in clinical settings by trained health professionals or by religious or traditional circumcisers whose methods and experience vary.Objective: through the questionnaire investment, to understand the basic background, HIV, HBV, HCV knowing rate, disinfection knowledge, owned devices, circumcision process, and circumcision fees in rural area circumcisers and offer corresponding knowledge and information. Through this way, avoid or reduce the potential hazard of transmitting HIV, HBV and HCV through blood-to-blood contamination. To provide reliable and scientific basic information for policy makers on making the best manage program.
