objective To evaluate the level of serum adiponectin in the patients with preeclampsia. To study the level of serum insulin in the patients with preeclampsia. To provide one of effective treatment and prognosis index for hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods Adiponectin and Insulin in serum were evaluated in 96 women, The level of surum adiponectin in the preeclampsia was measured by ELISA. surum insulin was measured by Radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of serum adiponectin were more increased in normal pregnancy group than nonpregnant group (P<0. 05);The levels of serum adiponectin were significantly increased in PE than normal pregnancy group and nonpregnant group (P<0.01);The levels of serum insulin after OGTT were more increased in normal pregnancy group than nonpregnant group (P<0. 05);The levels of serum insulin after OGTT were significantly increased in PE than normal pregnancy group and nonpregnant group (P<0.01)Conclusion 1.The late pregnancy women exist Insulin resistance , which may be participate in the pathogenesis and pathology of PE;2. The pregnancy women exist increased adiponectin , the level of serum adiponectin in PE were more increased than others, it may be improve insulin sensitivity and perfect insulin resistance,on other hand, adiponectin can inhibite the pathology of PE through the route of C1qRp receptor;3. the level of maternal serum adiponectin may be make predicition to PE and prognosis in clinic .
