Objective: Investigate adiponection,niteric oxide and C-peptide levels in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients' serum, to study the relativity between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and insulin resistance.Methods: 66 hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients were chose, from 18 to 39 ages, the average age is 31.3, 24 physical healthy pregnancy females were chose to be normal group, from 20 to 36 ages, the age is 26.6. The level of adiponection,nitric oxide and C-peptide can be measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Four groups of adiponection,nitric oxide and C-peptide in blood serum were compared to study their activities in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients pathogenesis .The relativity between nitric oxide level and C-peptide level, adiponection level and C-peptide level were compared to study the relativity between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and insulin resistance.Results: Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients adiponection in blood serum: gestational hypertension: 0.9033±0.0217 (μg/ml), preeclampsia: 0.8890±0.0197(μg/ml), eclampsia: 0.6177±0.0546 (μg/ml), are obviously lower than normal group 1.9741±0.3497 (μg/ml), P < 0.01 , has statistical significance, but Gestational hypertension and preeclampsia has no significance, p>0.05.The nitric oxide in blood serum : gestational hypertension : 60.419±5.34 (μmol/L ) , preeclampsia : 52.268±1.151 (μmol/L), eclampsia:43.987±2.013 (μmol/L), are obviously lower 79.471±8.040 (μmol/L), P<0.01, has statistical significance. The C-peptide in blood serum: gestational hypertension: 2.732±0.277 (nmol/L ), preeclampsia: 4.759±0.443 (nmol/L) eclampsia: 6.099±0.353 (nmol/L ), preeclampsia and eclampsia gropes are obviously higher than normal group 2.5712±0.335 (nmol/L) p<0.01, has statistical significance, but the Gestational hypertension and normal group has no significant, p>0.05.The level of adiponection and C-peptide in patients group shows Pearson coefficient of product-moment correlation r=-0.6742 , P<0. 01, has statistical significance.The level of nitric oxide and C-peptide in patients group shows Pearson coefficient of product-moment correlation r=-0.7469, P < 0.01 , has statistical significance. In the outbreak procession of adiponection and C-peptide, nitric oxide and C-peptide have conspicuous relativity.Conclusion : Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients' adiponection and nitric oxide in blood serum are low (P<0.01), with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients improving, the level of adiponection and nitric oxide trend to lower and lower .Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients' C-peptide in blood serum are high (P<0.01), with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy patients improving, the level C-peptide of trend to higher and higher .The decreasing level of adiponection and nitric oxide is minus-conspicuous relativity with the increasing C-peptide level. A series of insulin resistance introducing by the decreasing level of adiponection and nitric oxide may make an important action in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy pathogenesis.
