[ Objective ] to study the diagnostic ability of myocardial perfusion MR imaging in myocardiac infarction.Materials and methods 29 patients with acute myocardiac infarction proved by typical clinicals representation and ECG were study with GE 1.5T MR perfusion imaging. The images were analyzed on GE AW4.0 workstation. The first phase time and maximal upslop of myocardial enhancement were obtained both normal and lesion cardiac muscle. Statistical significance was tested with paired-samples t test.Result Delayed much Hyperenhancement (73.24 vs 18.00, P < .001) and slower upslope (32.86 vs 44.69, P < .001) appeared in all 29 cases of myocardiac infarction. First pass time delayed were observed in 28 cases (5.52 vs 2.79, P < .001) and was not in 1 case after PTCA. Hyperenhancement in lesion was showed in 2 cases of second examinations after PTCA.Conclusion The findings of Myocardial perfusion MR imaging is specific in patients of myocardial infarction and very helpful todiagnosis acute myocardial infarction . The sensitivity of MR myocardial perfusion imaging in myocardiac infarction wasl00%(29/29).
