Objective: To study myocardial first -pass perfusion and delayed- enhancement features in acute myocardial infarction by using fast MRI scanning sequence. Materials and Methods: 13 pigs myocardial infarctions model, conducted rapid gradient echo sequence (FGREET) first- pass perfusion imaging and inversion recovery gradient-echo sequence (MDE) delayed-enhancement phase scanning. After scanning killed off the first analysis of myocardial perfusion and delayed-phase characteristics, and compared with pathological examination. Results: 9 cases (69.2%) over the first reperfusion myocardial infarction showed perfusion defect, signal intensity was significantly lower than the surrounding myocardium, 12 cases (92.3%) delayed myocardial infarction showed delayed -enhancement, and normal myocardial signal intensity decrease below myocardial infarction without delay enhance one cases (7.6%) Conclusion: MR myocardial perfusion imaging can detect acute myocardial infarction non-viable myocardium, and the extent and scope.
